执行说明：Notes for advertisers
1、所有广告定位和刊登须按照本规定执行，广告版位由我公司统一安排，指定版面须加收20％的指定费用。
2、客户刊登前须提供营业执照及有关产品证明材料，并保证所刊登的广告符合国家的有关法律和政策规定，本公司对不符合规定的广告有权删改或停止刊登。若因客户广告违规产生的一切后果由委托方负全部责任，旅行者传媒不承担任何连带责任。
3、原则上客户须在广告刊登前付清全部广告费用，年单客户付款时间可协商。
4、广告合同签订后客户因故撤稿，出刊前一个月的须支付该广告费20％的违约金，出刊 前一个月以内的需支付全额广告款。
5、如遇其他不可抗力或杂志社内部原因，对广告进行调整，经协商可延迟或变更刊登。
6、客户须提供完稿光盘并提供可供校色使用的样稿，如因客户未提供样稿造成的印刷问题由客户自行负责。 7、此价格自2008年1月份开始执行，如遇刊例价变动，以新价格为准，原价格同时废止。
All orders for insertion of advertisements are accepted subjected to the following conditions:
1. World Traveller is wholly in charge of all the advertising positions arrangements, 20% of total price will be charged additionally in case of appointed positions.
2. The advertiser must provide copies of their business licenses and all other necessary documents. The advertiser also must ensure their compliance with the relevant laws and regulations, the company therefore reserve the right to reject or edit vendor submissions. All the consequences caused by legal concerns of the advertisements will be taken by the advertisers, no joint and several liabilities will be taken by World Traveller.
3. Unless otherwise agreed in writing by the company, full payment must be paid prior to the Advertisement being published. Advertisers who have year-long orders may consult on their payment date.
4. Cancellation of an accepted order is subjected to a penalty equal to 20% of the total contractual remuneration. If cancellation occurred within one month from publication, a full payment must be paid as penalty.
5. The advertisement may be altered or repositioned as a result of force majeure after consultation with advertisers.
6. No responsibility is taken for the accuracy of the advertisement if its copy, in disk format and in print, not being received by the company.
7. This rate shall come into force in January 2008, advertisements will be dealt with new rates if any changes should happen in the future and this rate should be abrogated simultaneously.
